Buttery, crisp to the bite, and undeniably shatteringly-flaky, our French Croissants are a labor of love and dedication that’s absolutely worth the time to make.

Rolled and shaped into a crescent, this cloud-like puff pastry that uses only French flour and French butter goes through a process of lamination which means we had to roll and fold the dough with butter over and over again. The result? A pastry with hundreds of paper-thin, airy layers.
