Birthday Cake
Sweet birthday wishes on a delightful Birthday Cake is all that anyone asks for on their most special day of the year. It's a time to reflect on the year that was, and to look forward to the amazing year ahead so why not celebrate with a sprinkle-filled cake that's meant to be devoured.
Our version is special as we added our mouth-watering curds and compotes between our yellow cake base. Choose from four different flavors: Strawberry, blueberry, lemon or calamansi caramel! Italian meringue coats the entire cake, and what we consider the highlight of the cake is our pastel-colored sprinkles made by hand, using only natural dyes to color the confectionery (no artificial colors and preservatives). Beets for our pastel pink, pandan for our pastel green and blue pea flower for our pastel blue. When you decide on what sprinkle shade you'd like to adorn your cake with, you'll notice that the individual flavors shine on its own, and when combined together, the selection of flavors work so well.
We love a good birthday celebration, and we really put a lot of love and thought into this classic cake so our only wish is that you enjoy a slice that was made for you or for that special someone who'll be blowing out the candles.
