Twice-Baked Pistachio Pain au Choc

Growing up in our household, pistachios were always a staple in our pantry. As we grew older, we always found ways to incorporate this deliciously sweet and salty nut into our cooking and baking. Introducing, our Twice-Baked Pistachio Chocolate Pain au Choc!  This beautiful twice-baked sweet treat has a buttery and flaky puff pastry base, rolled with Belgian white chocolate, chopped pistachios, layered with delicious pistachio cream.  More is always more with us, so we added more chopped pistachios on top to give you the full impact of its beautiful flavors!
