Sourdough Seeded Loaf

The Sourdough Seeded Loaf is a soft loaf which uses a sweet sourdough starter as a leavening agent that gives it that slight tang yet sweet flavor that of a sandwich loaf. It is encrusted with pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds and oats for added flavor and texture.
