Presenting our Classic Petit Pavlova Set. This set is inspired by our second home, Australia, with flavors inspired by our travels.
Classic Pavlova
An homage to the original flavors that we first fell in love with, in Australia. In this variant, you will find the beautiful crisp meringue base filled with vanilla custard, topped with thick cream, seasonal fresh fruit, sprinkled with dark chocolate. A perfect combination, of sweet, creamy, and tart!
Thai Mango
Our dad grew up in Thailand and took us to many trips, all of which made memorable because of their delicious food. This pavlova pays homage to the famous Mango Sticky Rice. Filled with Thai coconut custard, mango puree folded into our chantilly cream, pulverized toasted rice with a twist of brûléed mangoes on top.
Pineapple Yakult
We were inspired by a drink from one of our favorite restaurants in London — Bao. This pavlova is filled with Yakult custard, pineapple chantilly cream, topped with baked pineapples. It also comes with a Yakut drizzle.
Cheesecake
A variant that's beaming with flavor! With a meringue base that’s has a beautifully crisp exterior, and marshmallow center. We add a layer of lemon curd for a bit of zing, and a cream cheese frosting to add a bit of a modern twist. The pav is then crowned with seasonal fresh fruit which brings such a beautiful balance to all the flavors. Shavings of graham crackers add another layer of deliciousness!
