Sourdough Workshop

Our sourdough classes are back! Learn the fundamentals of sourdough making with our head baker, Francesca Herring.

We will be hosting a full-day, hands-on workshop in our commissary. You will learn everything from maintaining your starter, kneading, shaping, scoring and baking your very own sourdough. Each baker will get to bake and take home 2 x sourdough loaves. You'll even get to take home your own 3 of your dough creation from class to experience baking it at home with your own oven. A maximum of 8 students will be permitted per class to ensure quality experience for each individual. 

WHO CAN JOIN?
This class is ideal for bakers with or without knowledge in sourdough baking, it is also perfect for those wanting to learn more on the craft. This is the perfect venue for Francesca to answer all of your sourdough questions!

• Date: 28 September (Saturday) 
• Class Time: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm 
• Venue: KM 21 Villongco Road, West Service Road Sucat, Muntinlupa

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• If a student cancels for any reason within 7 days of the workshop, the payment is forfeited UNLESS another student takes up the slot. 
• Cancellations made before 7 days of the workshop will get a refund, less Php 1,500.
• We are not able to offer credit, transfers or refunds for no-shows, last-minute illnesses, quarantine, work-related conflicts, personal emergencies or events beyond our control. However, you are always welcome to send someone in your place.

• Rescheduling will only be permitted 7 days before the class. It will only be permitted if there are other classes with available slots, and if another student would like to take your slot.
• The workshop may be cancelled based on low enrollment. In this case, you will be contacted in advance, rescheduled or reimbursed.
• Should the workshop be cancelled due to inclement weather, a reschedule date will be made available. Should this date not be suitable, a refund will be issued.
